We are a small family owned company, established in 1960. We currently have a portfolio of 40 one and two bedroom flats.
As we own all our rental properties, and select our tenants carefully there are

NO DEPOSIT!
However, we currently charge a one off administration fee of £125 per tenancy.
Areas Covered
Our flats, most of which have been recently refurbished, are all located in popular areas of South Manchester. Namely Didsbury, Chorlton, Withington and Whalley Range.
