We currently have a portfolio consisting of a variety of 40 one and two bedroom flats.
As we actually own all our rental properties, we require
NO AGENCY FEES
and
NO DEPOSITS!
However, we do currently charge a one off administration fee of £125 per tenancy.
Areas Covered
Our flats, most of which have been recently refurbished, are all located in popular areas of South Manchester. Namely Didsbury, Chorlton, Withington and Whalley Range.
